Do you do custom work?
How long do my decals or graphics take to receive?
Production of your decals or graphics takes about 2-5 business days. Then we ship using your preferred shipping method. We like to give a warning that USPS takes their sweet time and is unreliable for tracking, so if you need your decals in a hurry, please choose a UPS method as they are much more reliable.
For custom work, design time will vary but we'll keep you posted along the way.

How can I see my order status?
You should have received an Order Confirmation email upon ordering. You will also receive a Shipping Confirmation once your decals have been shipped. Unfortunately, sometimes these emails go into spam or promotions so be sure to check there first. If you still can't find your status emails, shoot us a message below or on the chat and we are happy to help you.
How can I pause or cancel my Decal of the Month subscription?
If you need to pause or cancel your DCOM subscription, all you need to do is log into your Rebel Decal account. From there you will see a link to Manage Subscriptions and that is where you pause and cancel. If you have any trouble, please shoot us a message or a chat, we're happy to help!
If you do not have an account created yet, no problem. Simply register for an account using the email address that you provided when you ordered the Decal of the Month subscription and your subscription info will be there.
