Shipping Delays

We value all of our Rebel Decal customers and want to make you aware of consistent delays with USPS (First Class and Economy Shipping). We drop off every package we ship and ensure that it is scanned by USPS. We have observed substantial delays in packages leaving the Houston, TX regional distribution facility. Additionally, USPS rarely provides updates to tracking after the package has been received at their facility. Oftentimes, tracking is not updated until a package is out for delivery or has been delivered to the customer.

While Rebel Decal fulfills and ships your order within 2-5 business days (additional time for complex custom designs will be communicated during the proof approval process), here are the shipping timeframes we have been experiencing with these USPS delays:

(Economy Shipping) USPS First Class: 10-28 days

Our recommendation, if you would like your order before the 10-28 day estimate, is to please choose the UPS options. We have found that UPS is tracking and deliveries are timely. Shipping delays frustrate us just as much as they frustrate you. We are happy to help where we can, but we are not responsible for delivery times.

We have received many notifications from the postal service that they are working to keep up with heightened shipping volume and limited employee availability. We have seen these delays, especially with First Class delivery, and have seen also delays in tracking updates on packages. 

Impacted shipping origin states include but are not limited to: Texas, Washington, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia. 

If you have any questions about your tracking, the following steps can be taken:

1. Add a tracer to your tracking. Enter your information to receive updates on shipping. We have seen that this helps the tracking of your shipment.

2. If you are not seeing tracking updates within 14 business days, contact USPS Customer Service and create a claim on your package.

3. If you do not see tracking updates within 20 business days, please contact us, we are happy to help you.
